 Howto make an OS?
Well for those u r like experts in C++ and stuff like that, can u guys tell me how i should program an OS with C++, or is there a software that can do it.

c++ is used for the majority of programming for an Operating System, I'm not so sure there are any tutorials for creating one, if there were, you would have to have a great deal understanding of every piece of hardware, down to ports how they function together ect... Brush up well on C++ and your best bet is to get involved into Microsofts development sites... Sorry wasn't much help, these are my own observations, if I see anything out there, I'll let you know though
